CampHire’s seasonal recruitment campaign for summer begins in March and ends in late June. We start by recruiting hard-to-fill positions like nurses and chefs, and layer in counselor sourcing beginning in May. For full time leadership positions, we recruit year-round as positions open up.
CampHire offers a buffer period to ensure candidates are the right fit. If a candidate doesn’t work out for any reason within the defined buffer period, CampHire will pick up the search at no additional cost. Buffer periods vary by role and contract terms.
