CampHire specializes in recruiting year-round leadership positions including camp directors, operations leaders, program managers, food service directors, medical staff, and HR professionals. Seasonally, we recruit nurses, chefs, counselors, and select specialty positions for summer.

CampHire’s seasonal recruitment campaign for summer begins in March and ends in late June. We start by recruiting hard-to-fill positions like nurses and chefs, and layer in counselor sourcing beginning in May. For full time leadership positions, we recruit year-round as positions open up.

CampHire offers a buffer period to ensure candidates are the right fit. If a candidate doesn’t work out for any reason within the defined buffer period, CampHire will pick up the search at no additional cost. Buffer periods vary by role and contract terms.
